Wow, what an amazing Spanish hideaway away from the hustle and bustle too. Called in without a reservation as we seem to do everywhere. Made the effort to give us a table as they were really busy. The staff were fab, smiling, attentive and actually look happy doing their work. Didn't wait long foe the food and wasn't disappointed either. We chose five from the tapas menu and some breads. Can't remember the name of all we orders but I do recommend the prawns in garlic, check out the pic and tell me it doesn't make you salivate. Strongly recommend this restaurant, would be a lovely place for a date for special occasion. Ty for accommodating us.

I’ve wanted to try this place for quite some time & last night my wife and I finally managed it. We weren’t disappointed. The tenderstem & romesco would be my personal recommendation but everything was delicious. I’m not a fan of prawns but my wife said the gambas were beautiful. Reasonably priced, particularly for the city centre. We’ll be going back with friends very soon. The wait staff and the guy I can only presume was the owner were working hard and very friendly without being intrusive. If every service is as good as it was yesterday then this place deserves a lot of plaudits

My Husband and I had passed this gorgeous little gem a few times going to and fro the Motorpoint Arena regularly. We booked a table for two, I’m so pleased we did. We were welcomed into the cosy basement level restaurant, beautifully decorated, by a very friendly team of staff. We had a jug of Sangria blanco, my favourite. We shared from the tapas menu, had 4 plates each and each were as fresh as could be and extremely tasty and well made, we savoured every bite. We followed with almond cake and cheesecake - delicious! The owner was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure our eating experience was perfect, along with the rest of his staff. We would definitely recommend and will absolutely return to try the other plates that we didn’t manage to explore. A beautiful , friendly, traditional Spanish gem of a restaurant that is definitely worth wandering off of the main route to enjoy.

We had booked. We were at the arena so it was well located for food first. It was nice inside and team were attentive. We really enjoyed the food and have 6 tapas dishes between 2 of us and were stuffed. I will definitely go again when I'm back in the area.

All round 5 Stars. I would give 10 Stars to this restaurant, if I could. The set up is modern and relaxing. The food is amazing and good portion sizes. But this food is tasty and the aubergine fries is out of this world. We had about 5 different tapas for starters and a paella for mains, to share with my wife, each and every one of them was delicious. They do 2.4.1 cocktails and I recommend Sophie passion. Great services from the waitress and the owner. We were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary and we could of not chosen a better venue to go to. The manger interacts with all his customers, explaining the various Tapas and a very friendly atmosphere to be in. Recommend if you fave a group of friends and want to chat and enjoy yourself, this is the place to go. Will be going again for sure, but with family and friends. Thank you for a great night, an Anniversary to be remembered.

It was a rather last minute decision to book somewhere to eat during a recent visit to The Motorpoint Arena. We were a party of two. It was around 5pm and we were led down some steps to this lovely, quaint basement restaurant. To our amazement it was busy and unfortunately all tables had been booked. However, the waitress kindly offered us the bar to sit at. I'm so glad she did because it gave us a whole different experience. The restaurant owner, Vincente, was hard at work behind the bar and took more than enough time to speak to me and my mum during a very busy period. He was open to discussing the menu so we could make a good choice for our meal. We certainly weren't disappointed as well. The food was lovely. Vincente prides himself on offering authentic Spanish food and it's a pleasure to see. The restaurant, albeit small, was decorated well, resembling an underground bodega. I'd recommend booking in advance. A proper Spanish feel, a great welcome and food to match topped off by great staff and an owner that prides his restaurant on quality and authentic Spanish food. I'm not often in Nottingham but I'll certainly be back when I am.

Omg, my first Tapas experience and luckily dropped on the best Tapas in Town. Romantic setting, charming atmosphere. The food is out of this world. Service just wonderful and attentive. Accompanied by my Gorgeous husband and a rather handsome bottle of Rioja, it was the perfect evening and I would highly recommend.

First time visiting, Vincent and the team really looked after us and made us feel super welcomed! Really appreciate the incredible service, vibe and the food was amazing!!!
